The solution to such a software failure should be phased, because there is a high probability that the cause of everything is one, and maybe even several of the problems described below, which we will try to cope with.
The main principle of action in this situation is to perform a step–by-step elimination of one problem after another and then the cause of all the troubles will be found very quickly.
- A Windows 10 PC has an active "Sleep mode". In order to check whether the "Sleep mode" is active or not, you should do the following: use the "Start" button → in the search bar area you need to register "Power and sleep parameters" → as soon as you get to "Power and Sleep mode", open the section called "Sleep" → find the item "Battery power" set the parameter "Never" → also look carefully at all the parameters – "Turning off the display", "When connected to the network", "When powered from the mains" and if the time frame is set there, switch them to the parameter "Never". After making all the changes, it is advisable to reboot the device and check Windows 10 turns off or reboots after making changes to the settings.
- A Windows 10 PC has incorrectly set additional power settings.
