To start, click on the keyboard shortcut "Win+R" → in the "Run" window that opens, in its empty field, we write the command – regedit → as soon as a new window opens, you will need to navigate to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3 → double-click by "Settings" → now, you need to find the row "00000008" and the column "FE", where by default the numeric value "03" is indicated, which must be replaced with "01" → click on "Ok" → restart the device.
